Legal Agreement: Terms of Service

AAACC is responsible for creating a safe and postiive experience for all visitors, programs, and tenants. As a city-owned building we are required to adhere to safety guidelines outlined by the City of San Francisco. This includes awareness of the number of individuals in the building in an emergency and clearing all paths in case of fire.

BUILDING HOURS

- Monday through Friday 9:00am - 8:00pm - Saturday 9:00am - 5:00pm - Sunday 9:00am - 3:00pm

SIGN IN POLICY

Everyone entering the building must sign in and list the organization or person you are visiting.

FIRE HAZARDS

Do not store any items in the stairwell. It is a fineable fire hazard. Any stored items will be moved to the recycle and/or trash daily. We are not responsible for damaged property.

PARKING IN RESTRICTED ZONES

Do not park in the handicap, fire zones or AAACC staff parking stalls. Vehicles improperly parked are subject to towing and a possible fine.

COMPLIANCE

AAACC is responsible for creating a sanitary environment for all visitors, programs, co-working participants, and tenants. As a city-owned building we are required to adhere to waste disposal guidelines outlined by the City of San Francisco. Improper disposal of waste can result in fines for AAACC. Please place waste in the appropriate Recyle, Compost and Trash bins.
